This form for personal information collection (Form) explains the types of personal information Autel Digital Power Co., Ltd and its affiliates in the form attached hereto Exhibit A (Autel) need to collect from you, why Autel need to collect it and how it will be used.

The purpose Autel collects your personal information is to fulfill contractual obligations to provide remote or onsite after sales services for your electric vehicle chargers.

Autel only collects personal information that is necessary and reasonable for us to provide you with the services under the relevant contracts. The information as below:

• If it is a home charger, information related to: contact name, email, phone number.
• Information related to charger: model, serial number, hardware version, software version, MAC address, date of installation, dealer, phase or connection method, location.
• Information related to Autel app: phone operating system, app version.
• Information related to your vehicles: model、brand、year.
• Information about Cloud Platform used: Autel Cloud or Third-Party Cloud Platform.

The information will be used to understand the problems of your electric vehicle charger and provide solutions. The information is only used by Autel’s own technical service team or designated cooperating service providers (information of the designated service providers can be found on Autel’s official website) for the following technical services, including internal data analysis, providing remote debugging, remote problem locating, on-site service, return and exchange services, and will not be used for other purposes.
