Autel is committed to delivering secure and reliable charging products and digital services. To support responsible security research and communication, we maintain a Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD) process for Autel MaxiCharger products and related software.
Vulnerability Reporting
If you discover a potential security issue in Autel products or software, please report it privately to: evsecurity@autel.com
To assist our assessment, please include when possible:
- Product model or software/firmware version
- Description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce
Testing must be performed only on systems you lawfully own or are authorized to test. Please do not access real user data or interfere with charging services or grid operations.
Assessment & Updates
Autel reviews submitted reports and determines appropriate remediation actions for confirmed vulnerabilities.
When a security update is available, Autel will publish advisory information describing the vulnerability, affected products, and recommended actions to support user updates.
Legal & Policy Notice
This policy does not grant permission, license, or authorization to access, test, probe, or interfere with any Autel systems, infrastructure, or products.
Autel retains sole discretion regarding remediation actions, timelines, and public disclosure of security information.
Researchers must comply with applicable laws.
Autel may revise this policy at any time.
