SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping on Orders over $100

Autel is proud to offer free shipping on all orders over $100. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. During the checkout process you will see the free shipping option for orders over $100, or you can also choose a faster delivery method for an additional fee. Shipping methods and fees for orders less than $100 will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

 

Order Processing

Orders will be processed and shipped next day from one of our US/EU based warehouses.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Autel can not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses in the United States.

 

Battery Shipping Restrictions

Tools containing batteries are subject to shipping restrictions that limit the number of batteries that can be included in each shipping box. Orders for multiple tools with batteries may be shipped in multiple shipping boxes to comply with carrier shipping restrictions.

 

Next Steps

Once your order is placed, we will send information about your order to the email address you provided during the checkout process.

 

Order Acknowledgement

The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items on your order.

 

Shipment Notification

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

 

Order Tracking

To track the status of an existing order, go to our Order Lookup page. Enter your Order Number and the email address you used when you placed your order to view the status of your order. You can find your Order Number in the Order Acknowledgement email sent after your order was placed.
